'Good grief!' I hear you cry. What on earth is Cauliflower Rarebit Pie?

It's this.....

And if you've got enough left over cauliflower cheese to fill a pie tin, it's this simple to make:

One - set the oven to 180c/350f/Gas mark 5.

Two - take a sheet of puff pastry and line a tin of choice (greased first) (and yes you can use shortcrust pastry).

Three - gently stir a generous spoonful of english mustard (your choice as to how strong so a teaspoon to a tablespoon) into the cauliflower cheese.

Four - pile into the pie crust and smother with grated cheese.

Five - bake! Around about 30-40 minutes. Serve with a salad or peas and carrots.

Yum!
