Keema kebabs made from left over filo pie and red cabbage? Yep!

Not rocket science to be honest.

Take any left overs - they do need to be dry (nothing too wet) and process with a tablespoon each of chopped (or powdered) coriander and garam masala (or curry paste), a clove of garlic and as much chilli as you like.


You need to be able to form this into kebabs so if it is too wet just add some breadcrumbs or flour.


I like to fry these to make them crispy but you can bbq, grill, or oven bake.
