Made too many dumplings? No problem!
Let them dry out a bit. Then blitz. Weigh the crumbled mix and add half the weight in vegan butter. In this case I had 200g of blitz dumpling so added 100g of vegan butter. As the dumplings were already seasoned I added just a little salt and pepper.

Before bringing the whole lot together with some oat milk to form a dough.

Roll it out.

Make some pies (and a few crackers with the left-over dough made from the left-over dumplings).
