Veggie crisps from peelings

This is a cooks perk in my kitchen :-)

From any peelings at all - parsnips, potatoes, swede (yes, swede) turnip, beetroot.

In this case: carrots.

Throw those peelings into some hot oil for a few minutes


Salt and chomp!
